COMPARISON

There are lots of ways to travel these days, and there are many options for vacation and family time. Do you stay in a hotel with a couple hundred other folks? Rent an expensive vacation property? Buy a timeshare or a fractional unit? As you will see, Legacy membership makes perfect sense on all levels.

Renting a Luxury Vacation Home.

This is as close as you will get to a Legacy luxury home. The problem is that renting a luxury vacation that is of the same caliber as a Legacy home would cost anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000 per week. This is already more than the Legacy annual dues. Not to mention that Legacy members own the home, have greater use, a personal concierge, and always know that the property is going to be exactly what you hoped it would be.

Buying a Second Home.

The typical second home is used less than 30 days out of a year. This is more upkeep and maintenance on a property that you rarely see. What’s more, the amount of money spent on one modest vacation property is as much as the initial fee to join Legacy, and the yearly maintenance costs easily exceeds the annual dues.

Traditional Timeshare.

There are no complicated systems, exchange programs or small condominiums to deal with. When you can vacation whenever and wherever you want in the privacy of your Legacy home, you’ll no longer want the hassle of a timeshare condo.

Luxury Hotel.

The average cost of the typical one-week family vacation ranges between $4,000 and $15,000. For approximately half the cost, and in some cases the actual cost of Legacy annual dues, you can spend your money on renting a hotel room with 500-1,500 other people.
